How it works

My case study writing process consists of four stages:

  1. Strategy call – During our strategy call, we’ll discuss your goals and target audience, as well as make arrangements for scheduling an interview.
  2. Interview – I’ll have an interview call with your customer or a member of your team who has a good understanding of the customer’s account. We’ll discuss the customer’s pain points and challenges, and talk about how you helped the customer solve them.
  3. Draft – I’ll write an initial draft of the case study using the information I collected during the interview. The draft will then be sent to you for review.
  4. Revisions – You’ll get back to me with your feedback on the case study. If you spot any issues or want me to add more information to the case study, I’ll revise it until you’re satisfied.
